We aim to deliver within 4 to 6 working days following confirmation of your order, but during busy periods it may take a little longer.

The delivery charge to have the package sent to you is free regardless of the size and weight of your parcel and regardless of the payment type you have chosen.
Undeliverable parcels
If you have a parcel which is undeliverable you will always receive a reminder. If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts, it will be sent back to us. We will then apply a charge of € 10,00 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.

Exchanging or returning your Laimböck article is easy. You always have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you. Full refund and cancellation is available within this period as long as you have your receipt, the labels are attached and the garment is unworn.
